Who We Are
FitShastra is an India-based clothing brand creating apparel that carries thought in every thread. Our designs are rooted in our culture and guided by the values of Sanatana Dharma, the oldest dharma. Out of respect for our traditions, we do not use images of gods or Vedic mantras in any of our designs.
Eligibility
To purchase from FitShastra, you must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and lawful under Indian jurisdiction.
Merchandise Policy
- Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
- Exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing faults such as poor print quality or incorrect/mismatched designs.
- To request an exchange, email us within 5 days of delivery at
fitshastra@gmail.com or
info@fitshastra.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- Requests received after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same design, at no additional cost to you.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR (₹). We accept payments via UPI, Indian credit/debit cards, and international cards, as well as PayPal for overseas customers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Conduct
- Use our products or services for illegal activities
- Resell, copy, or reproduce our designs without permission
- Provide false or misleading information
Intellectual Property
All brand content including our name, logo, and apparel designs are the intellectual property of FitShastra. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdiction
All legal matters will be governed by the laws of India and handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Policy Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the changes.
