At FitShastra, we want you to shop with confidence. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return and exchange requests only for orders delivered within India.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition and packaging (where possible)
All returned products are inspected before approval.
Size Exchanges & Personal Returns
If you wish to exchange your item due to an incorrect size or return it for a personal reason (such as a change of mind), the request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the applicable return and exchange shipping charges.
- Approved returns for personal reasons will be issued as Store Credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A printing defect
- A garment defect
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
FitShastra will cover all return and replacement shipping charges.
To process your request, you must provide:
- An unboxing video and clear photos are required for verification.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
Return Process
- Submit your return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged.
- After the product is received and passes our quality inspection, your exchange or Store Credit will be processed.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- The product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- The product is returned without meeting the conditions outlined above.
FitShastra reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
