At FitShastra, we keep things straightforward. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds on merchandise orders.
• Exchanges are only accepted for:
  • Poor print quality
  • Incorrect or mismatched design
• To request an exchange:
  • Email us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order details and clear photos showing the issue
  • Contact: fitshastra@gmail.com or info@fitshastra.com
• Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same design. Requests after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping & Payment

• Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Important Notes

• Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services
• If your exchange is approved, replacement shipping will be on us.
